That has to be staged... There is no blood at all, and I would hope that all of you know how easily a nose bleeds. The cell membrane wall that lines your nose is so damn thin that just dryness will make it bleed. A fork going through the whole thing would be pretty damn bloody.
The worst part about that image is that the parents are actually that bored/demented to try and stage something like that.

i was thinking the same thing when i saw this.

No, that's real. That is not the part of the nose that bleeds. What was punctured here is the cartilage.
The first picture was obviously taken in an emergency room. I doubt that they borrowed an emergency room to make it more convincing. The part that was punctured was cartilage only, obviously.
I would think that you, Dorkiz, since you've obviously spent some time in tattoo parlors have seen people get their noses pierced. That's the same part of the nose as here, and I've never seen it bleed when someone gets their nose pierced.
You can also tell that there's a swelling below the eyes in the first pic, and it's subsided some but still easy to notice in the second pic.
