Well having driven, wrecked, rolled, and 4 wheeled with both, :) Jeeps can be pretty slick. The pickup guy is clearly pounded in by the "plow" wall trying to get out. The Jeep is crusing through soft powder. :O Jeeps have much better balance and weight distribution and the pickups unless loaded, don't have any weight in the rear. I'm going hunting for old pics now. Stay tuned..........

I may have to break out my secret weapon, 1974 International Scout II.

Exactly what I was too lazy to type haha. My little brother had his first vehicle as a Scout. He worked on it when he was 14 until he was 16. Ended up selling it though. :( It kept breaking and those parts are soooooo expensive.
He loves IH though. This is how much:

You can kind of see the iH tattoo on his right arm. :P

Ahhh. I think one of my WORST ideas, was to get my F-250, then stack 2 lift kits on it, with 38" Super Swampers. Even with the 3/4 of the truck, low range, would tear apart u joints, and twist drive shafts. Upgraded to 1 ton joints and shafts, problem solved. Bad thing was, it was soo big, that when it finally DID get stuck, no one could get in, to pull it out. :O

Enter, IH Scout II. Cast iron battleship. 1 4" lift, with spring over axle mods, air locker up front, and locker in the rear. The thing would climb a tree, but better yet, you could bounce OFF a tree, and just keep rolling. :) I guess the only thing bad about the Scout II's besides being very heavy, was they were small like a old Ford Bronco. Took 4 guys to remove the rear, steel top, but then you were crusing. 345/4 barrel, TourqeFight 727 trans. Very nice. Too bad it got the name "The Lead Sled" hehe.
